Polyolefin Shrink Film: HP Gold

An exceptionally strong cross-linked Polyolefin shrink wrap film, possessing excellent puncture resistance, and superb optical qualities. Its sealing properties, and broad shrink range lend it a versatility that renders it compatible with most sealing systems, and tunnels, even to those where conditions are less than optimum.

A significant addition to the HP polyolefin shrink wrap film range has been the introduction of VHP, which is available as a thinner version of the standard gauge film, and has been developed to provide a high strength, high yield, low cost alternative to conventional Polyolefin shrink films.

Polyolefin Shrink Film: EZ Gold

A multilayer polyolefin shrink wrap film with excellent optical characteristics, superior shrink appearance, and very good machinability and sealing properties on all shrink wrapping machines especially high speed fully automatic shrink wrap systems.

Its highly developed formulation has been designed to shrink at medium temperatures, with relatively low shrink force and high available shrinkage, whilst giving an appearance of close adhesion to the pack profile.

As with VHP, the Polyolefin shrink wrap film is available in lower than standard gauges in order to provide a greater yield and cost advantage than conventional Polyolefin shrink films.

Polyolefin Shrink Film: Low Energy

LE and SE are low energy, multilayer cross linked Polyolefin films, for use on particularly flexible packs. They offer a unique combination of performance characteristics, these being great strength and elasticity, superb optics, high available shrinkage and excellent low temperature performance over a wide operating range. A non-printable hot slip shrink film version is also available.

Polyolefin Shrink Film: ABL

A cross linked, monolayer polyethylene shrink wrap film that features excellent tear and puncture resistance, and memory. It was designed for use over a broad range of equipment, including shrink tunnels with limited air flow. It is an ideal shrink wrap film for high profile, or irregular shaped packages.

Polyolefin Shrink Film: EHC

A strong biaxially oriented, copolymer polypropylene shrink wrap film which is ideally suited for high speed shrink wrapping machinery due to its superb flatness and stiffness.
It possesses excellent clarity, and strong graphics capabilities and easily outperforms competitive multilayer and polyethylene films in static seal applications.

Polyolefin Shrink Film: AFG Anti Fog

A printable, high-clarity shrink wrap film designed not to fog up or promote condensation under ambient temperature conditions. An ideal shrink wrap film that can be used as an overwrap for fresh food and meat products. A polyethylene-based shrink film, Clysar AFG has excellent recovery and memory properties that help maintain good-looking packages through distribution and consumer handling.

Polyolefin Shrink Film: LL Gold

LL Gold is a tough, durable Polyolefin shrink wrap film that combines puncture resistance with strong optical and graphics capabilities for packages that look as good as they perform.

A monolayer, biaxially oriented, linear low-density polyethylene shrink film, LL Gold achieves its best shrink performance at low tunnel temperatures. In addition, it seals well with a very short dwell time. A non-printable hot slip version also is available, LLPS Gold.

Polyolefin Shrink Film: The BB Range

BB2 and BB5 have been developed as strong, durable Polyolefin films with great optics that combine high performance characteristics at the best possible costs.

BB2 is a monolayer, biaxially oriented, linear low-density polyethylene shrink wrap film, that can perform at low tunnel temperatures, with short dwell sealing time and has excellent puncture resistance.

BB5 is a multilayer Polyolefin film with excellent optical characteristics, superior shrink appearance, and very good machinability and sealing properties on all shrink wrap machines, including high speed fully automatic shrink wrapping machines.

As with other Clysar shrink wrap films, these are available in lower than standard gauges in order to provide a greater yield and cost advantage than conventional Polyolefin films.
