Bemis Tapes

are made using a biaxially-oriented polypropylene backing, providing a strong and consistent base. Bemis also makes a polyester backed tape for even greater holding power.

Synthetic rubber adhesives give added strength that can be blended to just the right formulation.
All Bemis carton sealing tapes use the exclusive CORR-U-GRIP synthetic rubber adhesive, which seals your boxes with thousands of power grippers. Bemis makes its tapes with different release coats for various applications. In addition, if color is requested, BemisTapes are made using colored film, rather than adding color to the adhesive. This makes for a colored tape that is just as strong as a clear tape.
